I love building and launching kick-ass products
Solutions, especially in software, are never complete; it’s a means to an end. To build kick-ass products, I get to know my users and decision-makers (usually different in B2B design), and find how people’s mindsets are connected to their work. I move the entire organization toward a vision they are excited about and that brings results for customers. My experience has allowed me to know when to raise the bar on quality, when to stop a release until that bar is achieved, and when to launch and begin continuous improvement. As a leader I am teaching that balance of intuition and data; teaching to taste and measure at the same time.
And I love the process of getting there: the ah-ha when insights are uncovered, the clarity when the design begins to crystalize, the hustle when the team strives to bring it to life, and the learning the happens as customers truly begin to engage. Below are just a few samples of some favorite product launches under my leadership.
